Developed Skills Training Company offers educational courses available online, provided by professional lecturers and specialists in their fields, in addition to providing the opportunity for interaction between the trainer and the student, and individual evaluation of the student's work.

You agree that you are fully responsible for your use of the Site and the materials posted under your username, which must include all content submitted, posted or distributed on the Site by you or other users of the Site, including but not limited to, all feedback, questions and comments (User Submissions). You agree that your use of the Site is bound by the agreements and all applicable local, regional and international laws, rules and regulations, including copyright laws, and any laws relating to the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence.

You undertake through this document, and as a condition of your use of the services provided by Developed Skills Training Company through its website, that you will not use the Site in any way aimed at abusing, disabling, obstructing or overworking the server of Developed Skills Training Company or the network of Developed Skills Training Company connected to any of its servers or interfering with any third party and enjoying the site.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Business Academy server through hacking, password extraction or any other means.

It is not permissible to open an account by subscribing to more than one device at the same time.

The account will be suspended if used on 4 different devices in the same month.

The name and logo of "Developed Skills Training Company" are trademarks owned by the respective institution. You may not use any of the Developed Skills Training Trademarks, without the prior written consent of the owner of the relevant trademark.

You may not use any of the Skills Developed Training trademarks, or similar to any of the above, for promotional purposes, or in any way that may claim, suggest, intentionally or inadvertently, or show or give the impression of a relationship or endorsement by Skills Developed Training Company, at the sole discretion of the relevant institution.

Developed Skills Training Company does not warrant that the site will
1. operate uninterrupted or error-free, that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the content provided will meet your needs or expectations. Developed Skills for Training does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, quality of the site or content, or the continuity of the availability of any particular content.

Judgments, litigation costs (actual and consequential) and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature, the Skills Development Training Company shall provide you, in such a case and in its absolute discretion, with written or oral notice of a claim, proceeding or similar proceeding.

You agree to allow Skills Developed Training to terminate your use of or participation in the Site in its absolute discretion and for any reason or without reason upon prior notice to you.

Dismissing users of the site who repeatedly infringe copyright is the policy of the Developed Skills Training Company, depending on the circumstances it deems appropriate.

Developed Skills Training

Company reserves the right to cancel, delay or reschedule the change in the structure of any course offered through Developed Skills Training Company or to stop providing any part or all of the contents of the site or related services at any time at its sole discretion, and you agree that Developed Skills Training Company shall not be liable to you for such work.

You may terminate your subscription to the Site at any time if you no longer wish to do so, the rights granted to you under this Agreement will terminate upon termination of your right to use the Site, but the other provisions of these Terms of Service will continue to apply.

Entire Agreement: All such terms, code of honor, and privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Developed Skills Training Company regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements between you and Advanced Skills Training Company regarding your use of the Site.

Waiver and Severability of Terms of Service: The failure of Developed Skills Training to exercise or enforce any right or condition of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If a provision of these Terms of Service

is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction and notwithstanding the agreement of the parties to the Terms of Service that the court shall endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as set forth in the provision, the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Choice of Legal/Court Option: You agree that these Terms and any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to them or any content or service that may be obtained from or through the Site will be subject to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

You agree to

hear and resolve all such claims and disputes in the courts of Cairo. You must also acknowledge the jurisdiction of the said personal status courts applicable to you for this purpose, and you waive and agree not

This Charter is effective as of February 1, 2017

Developed Skills Training Company adopts a flexible policy for refunding fees and expenses, where the customer can recover the expenses paid within two weeks of the payment process, after deducting the expenses related to the collection process, and the customer can recover 75% of the amount if it declines within a period of two weeks to a month after deducting the expenses of the collection process, while after a month the customer is not entitled to recover any amounts he has paid.
